I am going to give you a very easy and simple technique to keep your brain and it’s supreme functionalities active.
What you have to do is throughout the day just “be aware”. Be aware that you have a brain. Be aware that you have a left brain and a right brain. Be aware that you have a forehead. Be aware that you have Third-Eye. Be aware that you have nerves in your brain.
Point here is, we are just passing day after day in pursuit of something or the other and we have forgotten the most important component of human body – the brain and it’s psychic abilities.
The more you are aware of this part of your body, the more it starts to work in your favour by reducing the on-going stress, anxiety, depression and other mentally pressurising issues. This awareness will boost the immune system, blood flow, decision-making & creative abilities, intuitive & cognitive power and heal the hormonal issues.
Try this for 14 days and share your experiences here in the comment section. Well, well, well, the catch here is this awareness is an “all-day awareness” campaign. So, practise it for 7-10 times per day. Do not cheat if you want a good memory, better concentration, balanced life and happiness in your life.
