Chakra Healing Part-1

There are many techniques available to balance and heal the energy-structure which comprises of chakras – the wheel like nervous system at different part of our body on our spines

The food we eat, the thoughts we entertain, feelings or emotions we remain attached to, our speeches, sleeping patterns, lifestyle, our memories, exercises or physical activities we perform – all of these have their good-bad effects on our energy structure.

Taking care of the above can radically bring shift in our overall personality by balancing the energy flow in our physical body. There are many yogas, exercises, mantras, affirmations, meditations for this.

Today, through this article, I want to share with you two very simple techniques to keep your “chakras and nadis” (Ida, Pingla and Sushumna) balanced, activated, healed and cleansed.

Awareness
Addressing

1) Awareness – Just being aware of their existence & location is enough for this. Close your eyes, sit upright and focussing on each chakras in your mental eye, through your intention, be aware that they exist; feel them within you, stay with their vibration; breathe normally as you do this observation. Doing it just ones a day will bring major transformation.

2) Addressing – Anytime during the day, sit upright, close your eyes, breath normally and call out the names of the chakras from bottom to top, one by one. Stay at each chakra for around 1-2 minutes. For example:- call out “Mooladhar, Mooladhar, Mooladhar, Mooladhar…” several times till you start feeling the vibration or some sensation around the mooladhar (root/base) chakra. Stay with it for 10-15 seconds silently before moving to Swadishthan (Sacral) chakra. Just like everyone responds to their names when called-out, similarly, chakras respond and awaken when you call them.

Try these (any one or both) for 14 days as part of an experiment and do share your experience with me.
See you again
