Addressing Meditation For Chakra

Hey, In this section I am going to share the “Addressing Technique” to activate your chakras. Hope you have read about various chakra balancing methods, previously quoted in my blogs.

In the Addressing Technique, you are supposed to chant the name of each chakra with closed eyes, focusing at its specific location. Please note, always start from the lowest point chakra, the root chakra and then, slowly move up to crown chakra at the top of your head. Secondly, chant only the sanskrit names of the chakras rather than the english version.

Here’s the list for you:- 1) Mooladhar – मूलाधार – Base Of Spine
2) Swadishthan – स्वादिष्ठआं – Urethra
3) Manipura – मनिपुरा – Above Navel
4) Anahat – अनाहत – Heart/ Chest Center
5) Vishuddhi – विशुद्धि – Throat
6) Aagya – आज्ञां – Third Eye
7) Sahastrar – सहस्त्रार – Just Above Head

Hope this will help you to heal yourself. Also, make sure to chant at each chakra for atleast 7 days with 10-15min each day. Your focus while chanting is imperative.
